Has your song been associated with a profile that is not yours? Do not worry, write to us and we will manage the change to your correct profile as soon as possible.









    What do I need to start?
    You only have to request access from diskover.co/servicios, sign your contract and in 24/48 hours you will receive your access invitation to start distributing your music with us. You will only need: - Master in WAV format (16 or 24 bits) - Cover Art (3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG)
    How do I create a new release?

    How long does it take for my music to be available in digital stores?
    Your content may be available in 4-7 days if the launch has been completed successfully. Although we recommend that you schedule your release at least 20 days in advance if you want your music to be considered to enter official playlists.
    How can I remove my music from digital stores?
    You can remove your music from digital stores at any time via your backoffice.

    Just log in to your version, and click on the button at the top right "Request removal".

    In 5 to 15 days, your content will be deleted by digital platforms.
    How do I get paid for my royalties/royalties?
    We pay via PayPal, in our new APP #DiskoverForArtists you can include your email associated with PayPal to receive payment of your royalties.
    When do my sales analytics appear?
    We receive reports from digital stores between 30 and 60 days after the end of the month. For example, January sales would appear in March. Other stores may take 3-4 months to file these reports. Your reports and balance will be available in our new App #DiskoverForArtists
    Can I edit a release after it has been submitted?
    If you need to edit a release, you can easily do so once the distribution is complete. If we notice any bugs or issues with the release, we'll send you an email and you can make the necessary changes. If the release has already been approved and you need to make any changes, just edit it and click the "Request Full-Update" button to send the update to the digital stores. This process usually takes between 5-10 days to complete.

    Can I transfer a song from another distributor?
    Yes, it is possible to re-distribute your previously released release with another distributor/label To do this, you only have to upload your release to our platform adding the UPC and ISRC code of the track (if you want to keep the information of streams achieved) and once it has been distributed correctly by Diskover, you must request the Take-down (elimination) of your previous dealer.
    How long does it take for my music to be available on Spotify?
    In order for your release to be available on Spotify correctly, make sure to upload your content to Diskover at least 15 days before the release date, Spotify's take process takes 5 business days and 2 days to process any Update or Take- down.
